Kickoff meetings, stakeholder alignment sessions, and confirmation of roles, responsibilities, and success criteria ensure the project begins with shared understanding and clear direction.

The Assess phase emphasizes structured discovery and planning.
Navinue conducts stakeholder workshops, reviews the existing website and content, assesses user needs, evaluates technical and accessibility requirements, and documents functional and integration needs. This phase establishes a solid project foundation and reduces risk by ensuring requirements are clearly defined before design begins.
V.Visualize
Visualize introduces iterative design and validation.
Through UX and UI design, wireframes, and accessible prototypes, Navinue translates discovery insights into user-centred solutions. Designs are developed with a mobile-first approach and in accordance with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards. Iterative review cycles allow the client to provide feedback and confirm direction before development proceeds.

Using WordPress hosted on WP Engine, Navinue develops modular templates, reusable components, and integrations with third-party services. Performance, security, and scalability are prioritized, while incremental testing and review ensure the platform aligns with approved designs and requirements.
